Cleanse Morning and Night

Find a simple, gentle cleanser that works for your skin type and hang onto it. Don't use a washcloth as it trap bacteria and pull your skin; you can however use a disposable beauty pouf or your bare hands. When you dry your face, make sure you pat dry rather than rubbing dry with a towel, as rubbing can cause black heads.
Make Sure Your Moisturizer Contains an SPF
Moisturizer is good for all skin types, except for people who have severe acne. So if you're not using a moisturizer, go out and get one. But make sure it contains an SPF of at least 15 (30 is better), and wear it every day - even if it's cloudy.
Sunscreen reduces the sun's harmful effects on the skin, helping to prevent skin cancer, wrinkles and sun spots. And nobody - man or woman, young or old - should go without it.
Exfoliate Skin Weekly
Exfoliating removes dead skin, and helps stimulate the renewal of skin cells, brightening the skin and helping you look younger. Exfoliation is also helpful in the prevention of wrinkles.

Drink Your Water

If you weight 130 pounds, for example, you need 65 ounces of water a day, or just over eight glasses.
